Each dish is a work of art - a feast for your eyes and palate. Pure and locally grown produce and provisions are utilized with an emphasis placed on organic, natural and free-trade ingredients.

While the menu changes seasonally, some signature dishes include rare-seared ahi with watermelon tartare, pickled ginger and wasabi caviar, braised short rib pot stickers, ginger and spring onion jus or pan- seared Maine diver scallops whole grain mustard jus with smoked ham and frisee salad.

Sip on a S4O signature martini, an intriguing glass of wine or a traditional cocktail in the lobby lounge. Find your way to the open-air courtyard for a relaxing sampling of tastes and evening film noir. The ocean view sundeck is the ideal place for breakfast, a pot of French press and the morning news.
