PET POLICY

As part of our commitment to provide the highest level of service to our guests, Hotel SEVEN4ONE welcomes small pets staying with their owners. A $50.00 supplemental pet fee per stay and will be added to your folio upon check-in.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests of Hotel SEVEN4ONE, we have developed the following guidelines for pet etiquette:

Pets must be limited to “lap-size” and must not weigh more than 12 pounds.

• • Pet owners agree to keep their pet on a leash or in a cage while the pet is in any public or common place within Hotel SEVEN4ONE.
• • Pet owners agree to not leave their pet unattended at any time while the pet in on the hotel property.
• • A pet that becomes aggressive or disruptive to any guest or other person in Hotel SEVEN4ONE must be immediately removed from the hotel property upon request.
• • Pet owners accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) for personal injury or property damage that may result from the pet. Pet owner agrees to make reimbursement for such damages on demand.
• • Pet owners agree to indemnity, hold harmless and defend Hotel SEVEN4ONE, its owners, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to any claim for personal injury or property damage caused by the pet.
• • Veterinarians, animal clinics, pet sitting and walking services can be arranged through your Guest Experience Manager (GEM) upon request.
