Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your personal Guest Experience Manager (GEM) - your single point of contact throughout your stay. We have skillfully combined the best attributes of a Concierge, a Butler and a Personal Assistant and created the new standard in personal service and attention. We sincerely believe an amazing guest experience can only be achieved through careful research, exhaustive preparation, an abundance of anticipation and a little whimsical imagination.
Your GEM will direct every detail of your travels; from reservation to departure, from the mundane to the seemingly impossible, we are committed to making your stay at Hotel Seven4One extraordinary. After all, when was the last time you traveled with an entourage and were pampered like a true rock star?
When you're ready to spend the day on the beach, let our professionally trained Sand Valets take care of everything. No need to be bothered with beach chairs, towels, blankets or umbrellas - we've got them. Prefer jazz over classic rock? No problem - check out one of our complimentary iPods that are programmed with many hours of popular tunes from a wide variety of musical genres.
When it's time for some restorative nourishment, simply push "talk" on your walkie-talkie to order your provisions from our menu of fresh salads, gourmet sandwiches and beach friendly munchies. Your Sand Valet will promptly deliver them along with all the necessary accoutrements to make beach dining an exceptional experience.
During your time at the water's edge, your Sand Valet will visit frequently with a revitalizing water mist, offer a chilled herb-scented face towel and make certain your UV protection is properly applied. If you're in search of the perfect tan, your Sand Valet will keep your beach chair properly aligned with the sun for optimum tanning exposure.
When it's time to retreat back to the hotel sanctuary, just tell your Sand Valet and he or she will pack everything up. Only your footsteps in white sand remain as a temporary reminder of your time on Laguna's sacred shoreline.
